HOW WE HANDLE YOUR DATA

Data Handling, Security and Account Rights

We take the handling of your account data seriously, from the moment you register to the point at which you request deletion.

Data Collection Scope

We collect only the information needed to operate your account — name, contact details, payment references and activity logs. We do not collect data beyond what is required for account operation and regulatory compliance under applicable Indian law.

Cookie Policy

Cookies are used to maintain session state, remember your preferences and measure how pages are used. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Essential cookies cannot be disabled as they are required for the platform to function correctly.

Account Security Practices

Your account is protected through password hashing, session tokens and optional two-factor authentication. We do not store raw payment credentials. UPI and PhonePe transaction references are held in encrypted logs for dispute resolution purposes only.

Data Retention Period

Account data is retained for as long as your account remains active and for a defined period after closure in line with applicable financial record-keeping requirements. You may request a summary of held data at any time through the legal email channel.

Right to Access and Erasure

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you and, subject to regulatory retention obligations, to request its deletion. Requests are processed within 30 days. Paytm and UPI transaction records may be subject to mandatory retention periods.

Who to Contact for Changes

To update personal data, correct an error in your account record, or request erasure, contact us through the legal email channel or via account support chat. Changes to financial records require identity verification before they are processed.

Legal Policy Questions Answered

These are the questions we receive most often about our legal terms, your data rights and how policy applies to your account. If your question is not covered here, the legal email channel is the right place to send it.

Access depends on local law in your state or territory. We make the platform available where local law permits it. You should confirm that use is lawful in your specific location before registering an account with us.

We hold your registration details, activity logs, payment references from UPI, Paytm and PhonePe transactions, and communication history with support. You can request a full summary by contacting us through the legal email channel.

Yes, subject to any mandatory retention obligations under applicable financial and regulatory law. Send a deletion request via the legal email channel and we will process it within 30 days, confirming what could and could not be removed.

Non-essential cookies can be managed through your browser settings. Essential session cookies are required for the platform to work and cannot be disabled. We do not use cookies to sell your data to third parties.

Your account data is retained for a period after closure in line with applicable record-keeping requirements, particularly for financial transaction records involving UPI and Paytm. After the retention period expires, data is deleted from active systems.

Disputes should first be raised through the legal email channel or formal written notice. We aim to resolve matters through direct correspondence. Where that is not possible, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction applicable under local Indian law.

We send a notification to your registered email address when terms are updated. The updated terms come into effect after notification. If you continue using the platform after receiving that notification, you are accepting the revised terms.
